"By far the best experience that I have had with a contractor. I have had an issue with a leaky chimney for years and no one had been able to figure it out. I gave Ben a call in the afternoon and he said that he would be over around 5pm to take a look. Ben arrived at 4pm and immediately looked at the situation. Ben gave me his professional opinion on what he thought was going on and said that he had time to do the work now. Before the work was done, he ran some water tests on different trouble spots of the chimney which no one had done before. He the ran some more water tests after the work was completed.
